Why Can't I see my files and it says content restricted?
Please make sure you are signed in and have been approved by us to purchase. Click on the shop button and select the event that you wish to purchase from.
I have logged in but still can't find my files.
As the files are named after the program supplied to us from the event, there are occasions where spelling mistakes and incorrect names are used. The system matches verbatium the names filled in that you have supplied to us on the initial account form and will not link to anything different e.g. added middle name on program. Please call us on 08 8396 1369 during business hours for us to investigate this problem.
Correct name, logged in, but still can't see my files!
There is probably a system configuration problem that has been caused by a second or third account that someone has tried to create. Please call us on 08 8396 1369 during business hours for us to investigate this problem.
How long does it take before I can purchase after the event?
Many factors can influence this answer. e.g. When we are provided the program from the organisers and the location of the performance. Generally we are able to provide downloads that night after the event.
Can anyone purchase my son/daughters videos?
No. Only people authorised by us will be able to purchase their individual clips.
Why can't I put my videos on YouTube, Facebook or any social media sites?
The Vision and the Music is both copyrite protected intellectual material of the respected owners. We pay thousands of dollars a year to APRA/AMCOS to be able to record music and provide a copy for you to watch. Our license covers private home use only. Once it is on e.g. Facebook it is no longer private therefore illegal and you can face a fine up to $129,000 per item. This will also lead to a deletion of your account on our site.
Why can't I download onto a mobile phone?
It has been proven that items can fail to download on mobile devices. This includes both Apple and Android devices. We recommend therefore only using a computer.
My downloads have expired
There is an allocated time limit for downloading of files due to the congestion of the website and security reasons. Please make sure you look at the expiry date on your purchase and download the item before this date. Please contact us on 08 8396 1369 during business hours if you have passed this date and we can manually reset your download for you. We will only do this is you have not downloaded any files from that purchase.
We do not generate downloads that have been successfully downloaded in the past. You will need to purchase this item again.
